Yes, all our services require advance booking to ensure availability and a seamless experience.
Clients should consult with their healthcare provider before using our facilities, especially if they have any medical conditions. We also require clients to follow all posted safety instructions and guidelines during their visit.
Bench towels are provided for the sauna. We recommend bringing your own bath towel; however, they are also available to hire.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Yes, we offer introductory sessions and tours for new clients to familiarize them with our facilities and services. Please contact us to schedule a tour.
Our communal chill-out area is designed for relaxation and includes comfortable seating, calming decor, and access to refreshments.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session time starts to ensure you have enough time to check in and prepare.
Full change room and shower facilities are available for your use.
Unwind is located at Suite 1E, 458-470 High St, Penrith, with access via Broadwalk Arcade. Parking options include Judges Car Park, Woodriff Street Car Park, and street parking.
For Fire and Ice sessions, please wear appropriate swimwear (nudity is not acceptable). For the breathing room, activewear is recommended.
Yes, it’s important to hydrate before and during your sessions to maintain optimal health and performance.
Please shower before using the sauna and between sauna and cold plunge cycles.
Fire and Ice sessions are 75 minutes each. Please be aware of your session time slot to ensure you make the most of your experience.
Yes, please remove all jewellery before entering the Fire and Ice circuit.
No, glass bottles are not allowed within our facilities for safety reasons.
