Unwind Studios Penrith is an absolute gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I arrived 30 minutes early and they let me in straight away, adding the extra time to my session. The sauna reached over 80°C for a deep sweat, and the ice baths (3–7°C) offered the ultimate contrast therapy. The space is spotless, calm, and beautifully run. I’ve already noticed the benefits and can’t wait to try the compression boots next. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recover, reset, and recharge! ♡
Absolutely love this place and the fact it’s in Penrith. I have done the vinyasa yoga 10/10 and the fire and ice omg so good especially with how clean it is and the fact they clean it right after each session wow The vibes are unmatched and the owner and workers have the most beautiful energy you just feel amazing after literally haven’t felt so relaxed in weeks.
SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE! If you’re looking for a studio that’s high-energy but also super chill and welcoming, I couldn’t recommend Unwind more. I’ve been doing the Hot Abs and Glutes class and have had both Ellen and Tyson as instructors, both deliver super challenging and rewarding sessions that leave you feeling the burn. The space itself is stunning, functional, and has the best energy. It’s honestly the perfect way to rewind, reset, and push yourself to the next level.
